At Petto, we care about your pets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, free of pet hair/smells, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Start a Return Contact us at nihaodong824@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos/videos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Shipping Costs

Quality Issues: If the product is damaged or wrong, we will provide a return label or a full replacement at our expense.

Personal Reasons: For returns due to personal preference or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on used pet hygiene products, snacks, or personalized items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original one and place a separate order once the return is approved.
